THE MEDIA WHIZ POKER TOURNAMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is sponsored by Media Whiz Holdings. You must be a legal resident of United States and 21 years of age or older as of November 5, 2007 to enter. In order to enter, you must (1) visit our Web site at http//www.whizpoker.com (2) fill out the entry form online. Only one entry allowed per person. Entries that contain errors or are mechanically produced or incomplete will not be accepted. By entering, you give Media Whiz, its subsidiaries and affiliates express permission to contact you regarding this contest and agree to be added to their affiliate networks which is free of charge and requires no further action on your part.

2. ENTRY DRAWING: Random drawing to be held on Monday November 6th, 3pm at the Media Whiz booth. All entries must be received by November 1, 2007. Ten (10) winners will receive an entry ticket into the Media Whiz Poker Tournament being held on November 5, 2007 at AdTech New York.

3. VERIFICATION: The entry winners will be notified within seven (7) days of drawing by e-mail or phone. All entry winners subject to verification.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to all legal residents of United States, 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or, otherwise restricted by law. Taxes on prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. All vacation activities are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. If Prizewinners are ineligible or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prizewinner will be selected. There will be no substitution of any prize, except at Media Whiz’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The cash equivalent of the Prizes will not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of Media Whiz. Entry constitutes Prizewinners' permission to use his/her name, photograph and/or voice recordings for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

5. OPERATIONS: Media Whiz reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Drawing should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Media Whiz corrupt the administration security or proper play of the drawing, and to select the Prizewinner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Media Whiz Holdings and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Drawing from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arise from this Drawing and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Prizes, including liability for personal injury death, damage or loss.
